  • If your child is currently placed at Bayhill on an IEP and it is so stated on the IEP as the offer of FAPE, you DO NOT need to apply for financial aid and you ARE NOT responsible for deposits or tution payments for the next school year. The offer of FAPE is binding for the length of the IEP period and changes in FAPE can only be made through the IEP process by the IEP team.
